Chirnside Park – New Subdivision
Only a few months in and well underway with lockup almost complete.
This well sized 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom new townhouse has been designed and planned by our drafting colleagues (Contract-Cad). Our client asked us to construct a townhouse to better use the sloping back yard as an investment property.
Croydon – Renovation
Have a look at this little gem! This 1940’s original timber weatherboard has been a great project. With small changes to this layout we have made sure all the charm hasn’t been lost. The client brief was to make sure that the overall look and feel wasn’t lost, but to be light, modern and energy efficient with new roof, bulk insulation and replacement windows throughout.
